Q : How much is the delivery costs?

A : Our delivery rates as below:

Any area within Peninsular Malaysia Flat rate RM5.00 per postage
Any area within Sabah & Sarawak Flat rate RM10.00 per postage

 

Q : How long does delivery take?

Peninsular Malaysia 1 – 3 business day with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.
Sabah & Sarawak 3 – 6 business day with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.

Q : How can I get my shipping information?

A : Once your order has been processed and packed, we will sent you an email containing a unique tracking number for you to keep track on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your spam box / junk mail in case it’s there!

 

Q : My items haven’t received yet. What should I do?

Q : My order is not delivered / missing. I want a refund!
